I'm doing things differently this time, using a workshop format and I have over an hour for it, so I'm starting to look at exercises that would partner well for the participants. Our journey used agile methods, but I think it's even more important to reveal how the mindset is what really helps when you're in the middle of a crisis. Got any ideas?
