This month is going to be a busy one, I'm speaking on two different topics at two different conferences. Thankfully I've given both of these talks before, so I don't need to create brand-new materials. However, the Global Scrum Gathering is my first really big, high-visibility conference, and this time is different. My non-speaker husband is joining me! Why? Because he was on the team that did the amazing stuff that we used agile methods to do. And because he deserves the credit for it. And because I believe that agility makes people more awesome. And he's living proof!
How am I going to be able to manage this all in one month? By taking the big things that need to be done and making them smaller, and then doing them one at a time until they're all done. By using the methods I help people learn.
And by keeping it all in perspective. I am not going to be able to do everything I want to do this month. I'm going to have to ruthlessly prioritize. I'm going to have to accept just enough, just in time. And it's going to be amazing!
